What does tooth sensitivity mean?

It is a sudden reaction in the tooth when stimuli such as hot, cold, sweet, sour are eaten or drunk. The pain is sharp, sudden and deep. In such patients, normal care of the teeth cannot be performed due to sensitivity, which causes gingival recession. More gingival recession causes more sensitivity.
