Teeth and Speech

Speech is the most important element of our social life. One of the most important components of speech is teeth. Teeth, which are effective in the formation of all sounds, play an active role especially in the pronunciation of some letters.

While the letters D and T are spoken, the tip of the tongue touches the slopes of the upper incisors on the palate.
F and V sounds are formed when the lower lip touches the tip of the upper incisors.
The S sound is produced when the lower and upper incisors are very close to each other. Especially in this voice, there may be sounds such as S and J, in the case of defect in the teeth and incorrectly made prostheses.
