It should be made of synthetic bristles . The ends should be rounded . They should deasily reach the back of the teeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How should toothpaste be?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No toothpaste does wonders. Fluoride-containing toothpastes are helpful in relieving sensitivity and providing resistance to caries. Using a toothpaste that we like will always motivate us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How should the brushing technique be?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The most basic principle is that the brush touches all surfaces of the teeth at least three times.
After brushing, the tongue should not feel rough on the teeth.
Horizontal movements made back and forth during brushing should definitely be avoided.
Brushing should always be done from the gum to the tooth.
